After you place your order, our shipping company will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date. Therefore, we require your phone number and email address when placing your order. Please check the packaging for any transport damage upon receipt. If you notice any, please note this on your receipt/signature on the delivery documents.

Our items are shipped via GLS, DHL, or a freight forwarding company. You'll see the shipping method for your item in the second step of payment. You'll receive a tracking number after shipping, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
Assembly
Since no chimney is required for electric and ethanol fireplaces, you can place your fireplace wherever you want. These fireplaces are typically constructed from lightweight materials, making them easy to move and position.

When purchasing a heavy natural stone or slate fireplace, it's advisable to use a hand truck. The fireplaces are usually pre-assembled; however, some come with the burner and fireplace insert in separate packages and require assembly. Assembly is easy, and you'll always find assembly instructions included with your delivery.
Housing service
If you would like to have your goods delivered to your home, we can arrange a two-person service for an additional charge. This service includes carrying the goods to the installation site, unpacking the goods, and removing the shipping packaging.
