Prepayment

If you have chosen to pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to the account listed below. Please always be sure to include the order number in the payment reference. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will ship the items to you. In the event of a return, you will receive a refund as soon as we receive the goods. The credit will be made to the account from which the payment was made.

PayPal

If you would like to pay with PayPal, select the appropriate option from the payment methods. After you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you will be redirected to PayPal and can make your payment conveniently and securely. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details. Otherwise, you can pay as a guest or register. Shipping will occur after we receive payment. If the item is returned, we will credit the payment amount to your PayPal account.

PayPal by installment purchase

Pay conveniently in 12 monthly installments via PayPal. Special repayments or early repayments are possible at any time and at no extra charge. A PayPal account is required.

In the order overview, select PayPal as your payment method. After you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and completed the purchase, you will be redirected to PayPal. After entering your user information or registering with PayPal, you can make the payment conveniently and securely.

- Check whether PayPal Installment Payment is displayed as a payment method in your PayPal account.
- Submit an application and confirm the information.
- Agree to credit check and accept installment payment agreement.
- Apply bindingly and confirm purchase.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice with all installment payment terms. If you have any questions about financing, please contact us.

Purchase on account / PayLater

You can also conveniently pay for purchases up to €5,000.00 by invoice. You have 30 days after receiving the goods to settle your invoice.

Please note that we are assigning the claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA as part of an ongoing factoring agreement. Payments will therefore be made to PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA.

When making the transfer, please ensure that you correctly state the intended purpose on the invoice and that you transfer different orders separately.

Klarna

With Klarna, you can pay for your purchase flexibly – either immediately, by invoice, or in installments. Simply select Klarna as your payment method during checkout and follow the instructions. Payment will be processed via Klarna. We will ship your order after successful payment approval.

Payment by instant bank transfer

With the instant bank transfer option, you can conveniently transfer the money after completing your order. You save time entering your details because you'll be automatically redirected. We'll be notified immediately and can process your order right away.

Payment via credit card

You can also pay conveniently and securely by credit card. You can choose between Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In the event of a return, we will refund the payment to your credit card.

Payment by direct debit

Pay by direct debit and have the invoice amount debited securely and conveniently from your account. After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be debited from your account a few days later.

Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can pay quickly and securely using the payment and shipping information from your Amazon account. Simply select Amazon Pay when paying and log in with your Amazon account – without having to re-enter your details. Shipping will occur after successful payment.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is Shopify's fast and secure payment option. Your payment and delivery information are stored encrypted, allowing you to check out in seconds for future purchases. Shop Pay also enables carbon-neutral delivery through climate protection projects.
