Some of our fireplaces are shipped by freight forwarder, with delivery to your home, curbside only. This means that the freight drivers are not obliged to carry the fireplaces into your home. If you would like this service, please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
After you place your order, our freight company will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date. We therefore require your phone number and email address when you place your order. Please check upon receipt of the goods whether there is any transport damage to the packaging. If you notice any, please note it on your receipt/signature on the delivery documents.
Parcel shipping
Our items are shipped with GLS, DHL, or a freight forwarder. In the second step of checkout, you will see the shipping method for your item. After dispatch, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.
Assembly
As no chimney is required to use an electric or ethanol fireplace, you can place your fireplace wherever you like. As a rule, lightweight materials are used in the fireplaces, so you can easily move and position your fireplace.
You can find the weight details of the fireplaces in the product descriptions under "Additional information". When purchasing a heavy natural stone or slate fireplace, it is advisable to use a hand truck. The fireplaces are generally pre-assembled; however, in some cases the burner and fireplace insert are delivered in separate packages and still need to be assembled. Assembly is easy, and your delivery will always include assembly instructions.
In-home service
If you would like delivery to your apartment, we can book a 2-man service for an additional charge. The in-home service includes carrying the goods to the place of installation, unpacking the goods, and taking away the shipping packaging.
